📋 Description

• Leverage existing industrial relationships and build strong broker, owner, and off-market network in Atlanta
• Foster knowledge of the Atlanta industrial market and stay ahead of trends
• Source industrial real estate acquisition opportunities independently
• Underwrite cash flow models for potential acquisitions
• Evaluate underwriting levers, structures, risks, and returns
• Communicate acquisitions through the pipeline with urgency
• Consistently source qualified industrial opportunities
• Build a strong, growing network of broker, owner, and market relationships
• Achieve a high conversion rate from sourcing to LOIs
• Provide timely and accurate underwriting analysis
• Active and organized pipeline reporting to the Executive Director of Acquisitions and Investment Committee

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of independently driving new acquisitions from sourcing through closing
• Relationships in the Atlanta market
• Experience managing a pipeline of active acquisitions and presenting opportunities clearly
• Experience underwriting industrial transactions
• Highly skilled at multitasking
