• Evaluate underwriting levers, structures, risks, and returns

• Communicate acquisitions through the pipeline with urgency

• Active and organized pipeline reporting to the Executive Director of Acquisitions and Investment Committee

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of driving acquisitions from sourcing to closing
\n
• Relationships in the Atlanta market
\n
• Experience managing a pipeline of active acquisitions
\n
• Experience underwriting industrial transactions
\n
• Highly skilled at multitasking
\n
