- Source and originate opportunities nationwide using market intelligence and relationships.
- Lead the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, underwriting, approvals, negotiations, due diligence, closing.

- Refine investment strategies, analyze markets, and deliver insights for leadership.
- Prepare and present investment memos to leadership and the investment committee.

🎯 Requirements
- 7–10 years acquisitions experience in multifamily, distressed assets, industrial, or land.
- Proven success sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing complex transactions.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation: IRR, equity multiple, cash-on-cash, scenario analysis.
- Deep capital markets knowledge; exchanges and debt financing.
- A strong industry network and ability to generate deal flow.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
