Director of Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead monthly close, annual audits, and A/P/A/R across the org.
• Set and implement controllership standards; manage banking and reporting.
• Own audit engagements with the Audit team; lead PPA and M&A accounting.
• Manage MLS revenue reporting, modeling, and payout schedules.
• Tax compliance and new system implementation; monthly reconciliations; cash flow.
• Expert in Stripe payments: analytics, refunds, and audits; VPM variance analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in accounting or audit, ideally in high-growth SaaS/tech.
• Stripe expertise including analytics, refunds, and audits.
• NetSuite and Smartview fluency; strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Ramp system management and A/P approvals; Ramp vendor relations.
• Audits experience, reporting, and collaboration with senior leadership.
