🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in high-growth SaaS/tech
- Big 4/public + industry experience preferred
- Deep US GAAP expertise; SaaS revenue recognition
- Experience with M&A diligence and post-acquisition integrations
- ERP systems experience (NetSuite) and modern finance tech
- AI, automation in finance workflows
- Multi-entity/currency and international accounting experience
