Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close; ensure accurate, timely reporting.
Identify and document technical accounting matters; support equity, leases, foreign, intangibles.
Draft and maintain accounting policies; educate team on policy use and US GAAP updates.
Oversee annual audit coordination; resolve external auditor questions timely.
Lead due diligence, purchase accounting, and post-M&A finance integration.
Partner with Finance and Legal to improve analysis, systems, processes, and controls.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting.
CPA required; 10+ years accounting/financial reporting experience, 3+ in public accounting.
Expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting; able to research/interpret guidance.
Global experience preferred.
Retail experience a plus.
Excellent verbal/written communication; cross-functional collaboration.
