🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or related SaaS roles.
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and close upsell opportunities.
  • Experience leading managers or multi-layer teams.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently to customer sites along the East Coast.
  • Experience with enterprise or public sector customers preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics.
