- 8+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or related SaaS roles.
- Proven ability to manage pipeline and close upsell opportunities.
- Experience leading managers or multi-layer teams.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to customer sites along the East Coast.
- Experience with enterprise or public sector customers preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics.
