🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree
- 8–12+ years leadership in higher education or academic program operations
- Experience overseeing multiple academic programs or a portfolio
- Directly managed faculty, including hiring and evaluation
- Strong background in program assessment, academic review cycles, and continuous improvement
- Experience operating in technology-enabled or online education environments

- Base salary $130,000 - $150,000 plus equity grant
