- Manage high-tech vendors (DFB lasers, optical substrates) and Tier-1 manufacturers.
- Own Ramp-to-Volume strategy; remove pilot-line bottlenecks in laser burn-in and optical coupling.
- Monitor FPY and drive yield improvements for wafer-level and module assembly.
🎯 Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 10+ years of hardware operations or NPI experience in semiconductor, networking, or HPC.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor fabrication, advanced packaging (2.5D/3D), or optical assembly.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and external manufacturing partners.
- MBA or MS in Supply Chain/Operations is a significant plus.
- Experience building supply chains for AI hardware accelerators, HPC clusters, or enterprise datacenter servers.
