  • 10+ years GTM/growth/community strategy in consumer marketplace or network products.
  • Proven track record building/scaling a new growth motion with playbook creation and cross-functional execution (ambassadors, referrals, events, partnerships).
  • Strong community-first instincts; convert energy into measurable growth.
  • Excellent strategic and operational chops; set narrative and cadence.
  • High cross-functional influence across Product, Marketing, Ops, and Data.
  • Comfort with measurement and experimentation; define metrics and interpret data; hustle and ownership.
