Mentor Network Development Leads and Growth/Field teams; drive performance improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
12+ years in healthcare, focused on population health or value-based care.
Willingness to travel 50-75%.
Experience with CHCs, PCAs, and HCCNs.
Salesforce CRM, Outreach.io, LMS.
Experience documenting key workflows and processes.
