📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the team meets client expectations.
• Collaborate with Revenue Services to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Support account managers in building and expanding client relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of HIPAA regulations for insurance billing.
• Assist in creating and implementing new procedures or operational changes.
• Load-balance departmental duties to allocate resources and measure goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in management or supervisory roles with teams of 10+.
• 4+ years’ experience in healthcare, IT, or managed care in Finance/Collections or Revenue Recovery.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software.
• Extensive understanding of insurance payer/provider claim processing and data requirements.
