📋 Description

• Oversee the medical services team including psychiatrists and NPs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for youth.
• Ensure compliance with behavioral health regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists, diagnosticians, and families for integrated care.
• Lead quality improvement and performance management initiatives.
• Mentor and develop clinical staff and support recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

• PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active PMHNP/APRN license in VA/PA/NJ/MD, with ability to obtain more.
• Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• 3+ years post-licensure PMHNP experience in pediatric/adolescent mental health.
• 3+ years in administrative or leadership role in behavioral health.
• Strong clinical skills and evidence-based pediatric psychiatry practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
