📋 Description

• Develop and lead the WEU Medical Affairs plan aligned with global strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing Medical Affairs team with clear KPIs.
• Lead pre-launch medical readiness, disease education, and KOL engagement.
• Design and deliver medical education activities and scientific exchange programs.
• Drive operational excellence, documentation, and regional medical reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, access, and global Medical Affairs.

🎯 Requirements

• MD, PharmD, or PhD required.
• Minimum 7-9 years of Biotech/Pharma Medical Affairs experience.
• Pre- and post-launch experience in rare diseases and orphan conditions.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• 2-3 years of people management experience.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and cross-functional engagement.
