๐ฏ Requirements
- 7+ years of digital marketing with a B2B performance focus
- Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies
- Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights
- Forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks (multi-touch attribution, MMM)
- Comfortable presenting strategy and performance to CMOs and revenue leaders
