  • Translate objectives into paid media strategies by buying stages and personas
  • Forecast media, plan annually, and report with funnel attribution
  • Collaborate with data/CRM teams to optimize toward MQLs, SAOs, revenue

  • 7+ years of digital marketing with a B2B performance focus
  • Proven success leading paid media programs for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights
  • Forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks (multi-touch attribution, MMM)
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and performance to CMOs and revenue leaders
