  • Own growth, retention, and roadmap to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Architect plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM
  • Translate objectives into paid media strategies by buying stage and personas
  • Guide media forecasting, planning, and reporting with funnel attribution
  • Collaborate with data/CRM teams to optimize MQLs using Salesforce/HubSpot
  • Identify opportunities for channel expansion and creative testing
  • Align campaign strategy with GTM motions with client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital marketing with a B2B performance focus
  • Proven success leading paid media for enterprise/mid-market B2B
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and ABM
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into media insights
  • Skilled in forecasting, budget allocation, and attribution (MMM/Multi-touch)
  • Comfortable presenting to CMOs and revenue leaders
