  • Guide forecasting, planning, and reporting with attribution and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with data and CRM teams to optimize MQLs, SAOs, and revenue using Salesforce/HubSpot.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital marketing with a B2B performance focus.
  • Proven success leading paid media for enterprise or mid-market B2B.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and ABM across digital channels.
  • Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
  • Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement (MMM, MTA, incrementality).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
