- 7+ years of digital marketing with a B2B performance focus.
- Proven success leading paid media for enterprise or mid-market B2B.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and ABM across digital channels.
- Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
- Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement (MMM, MTA, incrementality).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
