- 7+ years in digital marketing with a strong B2B performance focus.
- Proven success leading paid media for enterprise/mid-market B2B clients.
- Deep understanding of full-funnel and ABM strategies across digital channels.
- Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
- Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks (multi-touch attribution, MMM, incrementality).
- Comfortable presenting strategy and updates to CMOs, VPs, and revenue leaders.
