  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years CPG sales leadership in Mass & Club, Target and Costco.
  • Costco retailer experience required; Target experience preferred.
  • DSD and broadline distribution experience.
  • Syndicated data experience (IRI, Nielsen, Spins, Circana).
  • Excellent negotiator, influencer, and storyteller.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Valid driver's license with clean MVR; able to drive a personal vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
