πŸ“‹ Description

  • Own end-to-end lead, account, and PQL lifecycle across enterprise and PLG motions.
  • Design scalable funnel and handoff processes with Sales Ops/RevOps.
  • Own marketing automation platform and core integrations (Salesforce, web).
  • Monitor funnel performance; diagnose issues; implement improvements.
  • Embed AI and automation into scoring, routing, enrichment, forecasting.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data teams to enable attribution, reporting, and experimentation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Ops across enterprise and PLG.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, incl. Salesforce, HubSpot, Leandata, 6Sense.
  • Proven experience architecting and scaling lead, account, and PQL lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on AI and automation experience; eager to explore new AI tools and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales needs (ABM, routing, SLA) and PLG concepts (PQLs, lifecycle triggers).
  • Demonstrated experience building and developing high-performing teams.
