π― Requirements
- 15+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM Ops across enterprise and PLG.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, incl. Salesforce, HubSpot, Leandata, 6Sense.
- Proven experience architecting and scaling lead, account, and PQL lifecycle management.
- Hands-on AI and automation experience; eager to explore new AI tools and workflows.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales needs (ABM, routing, SLA) and PLG concepts (PQLs, lifecycle triggers).
- Demonstrated experience building and developing high-performing teams.
