🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in Marketing Ops, Rev Ops, or GTM Ops (enterprise/PLG)
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce, Hubspot, Leandata, 6Sense
  • Architect lifecycle: leads, accounts, PQLs across GTM
  • Hands-on AI/automation experience; eager to learn new AI tools
  • Strong ABM, routing, SLA knowledge; PLG signals
  • Data-driven with attribution, funnel analytics, experimentation
