  • Own end-to-end marketing operations strategy and GTM for Legal AI/LOIS.
  • Design scalable processes across Performance Marketing, Lifecycle, Partnerships, SDRs, and Events.
  • Manage marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Workato, LeanData, Domo, ClickUp) with automation and lifecycle definitions.
  • Lead data governance, attribution, and pipeline reporting with BI.
  • Oversee 250+ events annually, including list uploads, segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the Marketing Ops team; own budgets and vendor mgmt.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Marketing Ops or Revenue Ops, B2B SaaS.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce expert; complex workflows and reporting.
  • Experience with large-scale events and high-volume list uploads.
  • Proficient with Workato, LeanData, Domo, and ClickUp.
  • Strong systems thinking, data rigor, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Cross-functional with Sales, Product, Analytics; in-office Salt Lake City or Chicago.
