  • Own end-to-end marketing ops strategy for LOIS GTM.
  • Design scalable processes across Marketing, Lifecycle, Partnerships, SDRs, Events.
  • Backbone for marketing tech stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, Workato, LeanData, Domo, ClickUp.
  • Define lead lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, and automation.
  • Partner with SDR and Sales Ops for speed-to-lead and data accuracy.
  • Own marketing data governance, attribution, and pipeline reporting.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years in Marketing Operations or Revenue Ops, B2B SaaS.
  • HubSpot and Salesforce expertise with complex workflows.
  • Workato, LeanData, Domo, ClickUp or similar systems.
  • Systems thinking, data rigor, cross-functional leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and analytics teams.
  • In-office requirement in Salt Lake City or Chicago.
