🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in data science, analytics, or statistics with a strong marketing focus.
  • Deep expertise in lifecycle analytics, performance marketing measurement, and attribution.
  • Strong data modeling, SQL, and analytics workflows; hands-on with scaling data systems.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring data science or analytics teams.
  • Ability to translate data insights into clear business impact and executive recommendations.
