🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- 10+ years in market research, customer insights, or analytics in healthcare.
- Proven track record in developing and executing VoC programs.
- Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
- Experience with AI and machine learning is a plus.
