📋 Description

  • Lead market research and insights programs to inform product, marketing, and sales.
  • Design and execute quantitative and qualitative studies on customer needs and market trends.
  • Develop and manage a Voice of Customer program across the organization.
  • Build vendor relationships to gain insights from customers, physicians, patients, and stakeholders.
  • Travel for some meetings and cross-functional projects (up to 90%).

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • 10+ years in market research, customer insights, or analytics in healthcare.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing VoC programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across departments.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning is a plus.
