- 3+ years in market access, reimbursement, HEOR, or payer strategy in medical devices, diagnostics, or digital health.
- Proven success securing coverage and reimbursement for hospital-based medical technologies.
- Deep US reimbursement expertise: DRG, CMS policy, CPT/HCPCS, policy development.
- Strong analytics to translate complex clinical/economic evidence into payer messaging.
