Lead and motivate operations team to meet goals per Cala’s QMS.
Build a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Train, supervise, and mentor employees to perform at their highest ability.
Develop build plans to support forecasted demand; track performance.
Oversee contract manufacturers, suppliers, and material procurement to meet service levels.
Coordinate with Commercial, Clinical, and Development teams to align build plans.

🎯 Requirements

BS Degree in Engineering; 5-7 years related experience.
Experience using NetSuite to manage production and inventory; Lean Manufacturing.
Excellent communicator; data-driven; root-cause analysis.
Write clear, concise instructions; detail oriented; prioritize work.
Experience in FDA regulated environment; startup; self-directed.
Experience with DME operations highly desired.
