Oversee portfolio of client onboarding engagements from planning to go-live.
Manage multiple transition efforts, monitoring timelines, risks, and issues.
Apply standardized methodologies, playbooks, and tools across engagements.
Maintain visibility into transition status, risks, and capacity.
Lead transition governance: status, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with Managing Directors to align transitions with pipeline and staffing.

🎯 Requirements

10–12+ years in finance transformation (required).
Experience in managed services or program delivery (preferred).
Ability to manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
Deep understanding of finance operations and process improvement.
Experience with project tracking tools and dashboards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
