🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations or relevant field.
10+ years in Insurance Operations.
8+ years leading cross-location teams.
8+ years coaching and developing cross-functional teams.
6+ years Lean, Six Sigma, or related improvement methods.
5+ years procurement experience including negotiating BPO contracts.
