Own end-to-end ML platform: model development, training, deployment, monitoring
Define roadmap for scalable ML infra for real-time and batch use cases
Lead ML initiatives for compliance monitoring, customer success insights, and tooling
Partner with stakeholders to translate problems into production ML solutions
Build and scale a small ML engineering team

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in ML, data science, or related engineering with leadership
Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Proven experience building and operating production ML systems and platforms
Background in fintech, financial services, payments, or regulated industries
Strong technical judgment balancing innovation with operational excellence
