📋 Description

• Lead ML strategy and innovation for content and user understanding
• Set multi-year vision and roadmap for ML models powering Pinterest surfaces
• Drive VLM and LLM innovations at scale
• Oversee deployment across homefeed, search, shopping, growth, ads
• Build a world-class ML org; hire and develop managers/engineers
• Act as primary technical spokesperson to leadership and partners

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in technical leadership; 5+ years leading managers
• Technical degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Deep ML expertise in large-scale systems for recommendation, ads or search
• Expertise in VLM and LLM approaches
• Track record setting long-term technical vision and delivering impact
• Seasoned people leader with strong cross-team collaboration
