- US GAAP, ASC 805, ASC 606 fluency; deal-structure implications
- Coordinate finance workstreams pre-close and post-close
- Strong PM skills; manage multiple parallel workstreams to milestones
- Cross-functional credibility with Legal, Tax, HR, IT, Eng
- Excellent written and verbal communication for exec briefings
- ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) in acquisitions and migrations
