📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Logistics Operations team across fulfillment and on-site operations.
• Stand up and scale in-house driver fleet; build a hybrid in-house/third-party model.
• Overhaul end-to-end logistics workflows, including dispatch, driver assignment, last mile, on-site.
• Build reliable operating processes; clearly document how things work; define pilot/launch inputs and expectations.
• Lea n into AI and automation in partnership with the Director, Customer Care; design an AI-first live order ops model that reduces manual work and scales.
• Drive accountability and raise the bar by evaluating roles, scope, and workflows; coach top performers and enforce standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in logistics/operations with 3+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience building and scaling delivery ops; launched in-house fleet; hybrid model.
• Strong last-mile fundamentals: dispatch, routing, driver performance, DSP/vendor mgmt.
• Exceptional people leadership: talent development and performance management.
• Operational systems excellence: design repeatable workflows and scale with volume.
• AI/automation fluency; partner with engineering to implement AI-driven workflows.
• Data-driven cadence: define metrics; build dashboards; translate insights into changes.
• Strong cross-functional influence; align stakeholders across Product, Eng, and Customer teams.
