🎯 Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM in SaaS/marketplace.
  • Proven track record of owning conversion, retention, or LTV metrics.
  • Omni-channel fluency across email, SMS, in-app, push, and chat (Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong analytical orientation from customer insight to execution briefs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
