Grow scope by coordinating outside counsel on product/privacy, expansion, governance, IP, and employment.
Provide practical, decisive guidance across functions balancing business objectives and legal risk.

🎯 Requirements

JD required; Bar admission in at least one US state (CA or NY a bonus).
Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including B2B SaaS transactions.
Strong understanding of data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) in online data.
Creative thinker with proactive solutions to improve the team and business.
Pragmatic, clear guidance and counsel.
Experience in online fraud prevention or FinTech a plus.
