Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate transactions and manage risk.
Advise on contract interpretation and dispute resolution; ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted in MO or IL.
7–10 years relevant experience, incl. 3+ years drafting and negotiating tech/commercial agreements.
Strong knowledge of contract law and IP issues in technology licensing and services.
Experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, privacy and data protection.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills; balance legal and business needs.
