🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years of Big Law with exposure to corporate, M&A, capital markets, or securities
- Admitted to practice in at least one US jurisdiction (active bar preferred)
- Comfortable in a public company environment with governance and disclosure
- Startup mentality; roll up your sleeves, move fast, and embrace ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication; write board memos and term sheets
- Genuine interest in Bitcoin and the asset's industry
