📋 Description

• Fully own the L&D strategy across core capability areas.
• Lead a team of three Centerfielders (player-coach role).
• Design and deliver development experiences for leadership and soft skills.
• Facilitate workshops and programs for Mid-Level Leaders to Senior Directors.
• Partner with Instructional Design and LMS teams to scale learning.
• Own end-to-end program execution and measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, HR, Education, or related.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 10+ years in Learning & Development with leadership programs.
• Strong coaching and facilitation for leaders up to Senior Director.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• End-to-end program delivery from strategy to execution.
