- Partner with CMO I&I as strategic/operational lead for GB-0895 Phase 3 program.
- Develop and maintain integrated program timelines; track milestones and progress.
- Identify critical paths; communicate status to stakeholders and drive decisions.
- Mitigate risks; address issues to keep program on track.
- Coordinate day-to-day communications; facilitate cross-functional meetings.
- Manage budgets and resource plans; oversee vendor activities.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors in life sciences or business; PhD and/or MBA preferred.
- 12+ years biopharma with at least 8 years direct PM in biotech/pharma.
- Experience with Phase 3 programs and BLA submissions.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to align across functions.
- Strong PM principles: critical paths, timelines, milestones, accountability.
- PM certification preferred.
