🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise SaaS/fintech/payroll sales
  • 3–5+ years leading enterprise sales teams
  • Proven success selling to 5k–20k employee enterprises
  • Experience navigating cycles with exec buyers, procurement, legal, security
  • MEDDPICC and Sandler expertise in enterprise sales
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
