  • Lead regional Lakebase Sales Specialists for Retail, CPG, Travel & Hospitality.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and regional leadership.

  • Execute developer/platform sales motion; workshops and architectural engagements.
  • Engage CIOs/CTOs and cloud partners to accelerate adoption.
  • Provide field feedback to Product, GTM, and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, databases, or developer sales.
  • 3+ years directly managing high-performing enterprise sales or specialist teams.
  • Proven success scaling GTM motions or new product lines.
  • Strong technical baseline: APIs, microservices, real-time systems, distributed apps.
  • Sold into CIO/CTO/architecture/platform engineering orgs.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
