🎯 Requirements

- Strong Insurance IT experience; Life Insurance systems (PAS, front-end, POS).
- Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation programs (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Hands-on cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, APIs; DevOps.
- Experience delivering regional multi-country programs and CXO stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration; results-driven.
