Director, IT Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for global IT infrastructure and operations.
• Lead CIO leadership team; influence IT strategy, budget, and org design.
• Build and retain a high-performing global IT organization across geographies.
• Establish a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and customer service.
• Partner with the CISO to ensure infrastructure meets security and compliance.
• Oversee networking, IAM, cloud services, and Microsoft 365 operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years IT with 5+ years in leadership managing global infra/ops.
• Experience leading networking, IAM, IT services, cloud, and MS 365 at scale.
• Track record building global IT org; direct management of managers.
• Deep cloud-first experience with Azure, AWS, GCP; SaaS-based IT operating models.
• Strong knowledge of modern identity and zero-trust architectures.
• Ability to set strategy, roadmap, and execute with quarterly milestones.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
