  • Define and execute a global IT strategy for a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Lead and scale a global IT and Help Desk with SLAs and standardized processes.
  • Own IT risk, compliance, and audit readiness, including HIPAA alignment.
  • Architect identity, device, and collaboration infra (MDM, SSO, Google Workspace).
  • Own global office technology, networking, A/V, and events support.
  • Drive automation and modern workplace tech, including Gen AI adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hybrid work from our Menlo Park office at least 2-3 days per week.
  • 10+ years IT and Help Desk experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong expertise in Google Workspace Enterprise, MDM, and SSO.
  • Experience managing macOS, iOS, and Android in a hybrid or distributed workforce.
  • Design and scale onboarding, device management, and user lifecycle processes.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership, including C-suite stakeholders.
