Own and lead the ITGC strategy and operating model
Develop and evolve the ITGC framework, incl. application controls
Establish governance for ITGCs across IT, engineering and cloud
Inventory systems and tools supporting financial reporting; tier by risk
Drive implementation of ITGCs and application controls across the enterprise
Ensure high-quality documentation, testing readiness, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field
12+ years IT, internal/external audit or risk with leadership; 3+ yrs at US public company
CGEIT, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCEP or equivalent certs required
Deep SOX 404 knowledge; regulatory standards; tech experience preferred
Strong knowledge of COSO/COBIT and enterprise risk methods
Proven IT audits, SOX programs, and control function experience
