Director, IT Business Systems

📋 Description

• Translate priorities into an executable business systems roadmap and deliver.
• Own the stack: Salesforce, CPQ, NetSuite; apply AI/automation for GTM outcomes.
• Hands-on automation: stay close to configuration, integrations, and data flows; troubleshoot.
• Partner with Sales, Customer, Marketing, Finance, HR, RevOps for aligned priorities.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts, PMs and Admins.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-12 years in business systems; 5+ years leading small tech teams; SaaS or high-growth.
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, CPQ, NetSuite; AI/automation for GTM/ops.
• GTM expertise in Lead-to-Opportunity, Pricing & Packaging, Renewals; AI-driven outcomes.
• Experience managing Agile/SCRUM teams delivering complex system implementations on aggressive schedules.
• Strong communication of technical complexity to business impact.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
