Own 12–36 month tech & AI roadmap; guide architecture & vendor decisions
Lead enterprise AI strategy; pilots to production with governance & privacy controls
Define governance, change-control and escalation models with stakeholders
Collaborate on delivery for People platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, CLM)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in CS/Info Systems or equivalent
8+ years delivering enterprise tech for People/Legal/Corporate Communications
3+ years in a senior technical or architect role
Enterprise platform architecture, SaaS, API, data, security
Defining multi-year roadmaps and KPIs; AI governance
