- Lead 20+ staff across IT Ops, IT Eng, and AI strategy
- Own internal IT infrastructure strategy, reliability, scalability, and security
- Partner with AI team to embed AI powered tools and workflows in IT and business
- Establish and track KPIs for uptime, ticket resolution, employee satisfaction, and infra performance
- Own IT vendor relationships, budget planning, and tool selection
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, People, and Finance to ensure compliance and privacy
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years IT experience with 4–5 years in a senior leadership role running multiple teams
- Proven track record scaling IT Operations and IT Engineering in a fast-growing tech company
- Deep technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, SaaS tooling, endpoint management, and ITSM
- Experience leading AI or automation initiatives within an IT or enterprise context
- Nice-to-have: product-led SaaS company with distributed or hybrid-first workforce
- Nice-to-have: IT security/compliance domains such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP and audits
