π― Requirements
- 7+ years in healthcare business development, IPA/MSO growth (preferred)
- 3+ years in director or senior manager capacity (preferred)
- Deep familiarity with Southern California Medicare Advantage (preferred)
- Established relationships with SoCal brokers, FMOs, or health plans (preferred)
- Fluency in MA mechanics β product structures, CMS enrollment rules (preferred)
- Proven track record building a business development pipeline with enrollment outcomes
