- Experience in international environments: regulatory contexts, new-market entry, distributed teams.
- Comfort with risk and ambiguity; able to organize details in ambiguous contexts; entrepreneurial.
- Executive-level written and visual communication; ability to sell big-picture stories to diverse audiences; credible in detail.
- Location flexible with strong retailer empathy and partner focus.
